What if I don't know what I want, or what to book?No problem! If you are not sure what exactly to book there are a few options for you! Email me and I should respond within 24 hours. Call or text me! My number is listed at the top, next to the "BOOK ONLINE" button. Your calls and texts will be sent directly to me! When booking online, you can book what is called a, "Hair Consultation" it will act as an appointment. It is complimentary and free of charge. But this allows you to physically come see me at the salon so we can meet and discuss your needs and wants!

What is a "deposit" and why do I need one?There are a few reasons to why and when I require a deposit: - Color corrections are booked 4 hours plus at a time. For this, I require a 25% deposit of the apt. - The cancellation policy. If a client cancels last minute/no shows three separate appointments, a deposit needs to be placed for the following apt. If a client cancels last minute/no shows four separate appointments, the full cost of the service will need to be paid prior to the apt. - Hair Extension/ Color Apts. The Purchase of your hair acts as a deposit towards your appointment. If you are a new client with hair extensions already and wish to book an appointment or move-up with me, a deposit will be required for the first initial appointment. **All deposits go towards the apt scheduled and will come off the total price. Deposits are refundable only if the appointment is canceled appropriately abiding my cancellation policy. If a client no shows their appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. If a new client books their first appointment, and no call/no shows. Then that client will be required to place a deposit on any future appointment if they decide to book again.

Do you have a cancellation policy?Yes, there is a cancellation policy. I require a 48-hour notice prior to the appointment scheduled. Rescheduling and cancelling prior to 48 hours, there is no charge. Existing Clientele cancelled or no call/no show after the 48hr mark: - 1st apt, 25% of the service scheduled cost is due, and will be sent via email through an invoice. - 2nd apt, 50% of the service scheduled cost is due, and will be sent via email through an invoice. - 3rd apt, 100% of the service scheduled cost is due prior to the apt to be able to schedule and secure the slot. For New Clientele, no called/no showed: If your first appointment with me is a no call/no show, then a deposit will be required for the next appointment if wish to book again. For Hair Extension & Color Appointments: - If no call/no show appointment, client is required to pay invoice full price of service. For any appointment booked longer than 3 hours: - if no call/no show appointment, client is required to pay invoice full price of service.
